We hope that you had a wonderful summer enjoying quality time with family and friends!  We are very excited to welcome back former Sheppard students and to meet those of you who are new to the community or new to school altogether.  We have a beautiful old school building and many enthusiastic staff members who will make this year of learning one of the best yet!  We are excited to welcome to Sheppard many new staff members as well as the Full Day Kindergarten program.  There has been a lot of construction happening at the school this summer to get ready for it all.  With over 500 students joining us in September, there will be a lot of action!

We will meet all students at the back of the school on Tuesday, September 2nd.  Students should please plan to arrive by 8:45 that day and find the circle on the tarmac that corresponds to their class or the portable that they are in.  If you are unsure where to go there will be many staff members on hand to assist you.  Kindergarten students were sent home letters in July with their special start up information.  If you did not receive a letter or still need to register students, please come by the office between 8-3pm this week to do so.

Enjoy the last week of holidays and we look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces on Tuesday! It’s going to be another fabulous year at Sheppard Public School!!
