Rangers games are exciting events within the KW community and draw crowds of close to 6000 fans a game.  For years the fans have used Sheppard’s school grounds for parking.  Last year parent council put a small team of volunteers together to collect donations for parking from the fans.  It was well received and we were able to raise close to $8000 for the school and it’s initiatives.

 

We have secured a permit from the Board to run this initiative again this Rangers hockey season!

 

Parent council is looking for support from the Sheppard community.  We are looking for volunteers to help out at any of the Rangers home games.  The time commitment is about 1.5hrs before the puck drops. We will pair new volunteers with a trained council member.
