What qualifications do you need?

  • You must be currently enrolled and attending an Ontario college or university
  • An interest in working with children of all abilities and backgrounds, and building relationships

As a tutor, you will:

  • Support student learning through activities such as guided reading and math problems
  • Help students develop critical and creative thinking skills through special projects
  • Assist students with the use of technology to enhance their research and critical literacy skills
  • Work in a classroom helping students in small groups or one-to-one for up to 100 hours
