Tonight is our Annual Fun Fair. We’re hoping for sunny weather, however, just a reminder that the Fun Fair will go on rain or shine! It is scheduled to take place from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Here are some helpful tips to make sure you & your family have a wonderful night.
1. When you first arrive at the Fun Fair, please enter the gym to purchase your Family Fun Pass and get your child’s hand stamped ($5) & raffle tickets ($5 – 10 tickets). If you can, please bring exact change to help the line move more quickly.
2. Be sure to take a look at all the Raffle and Silent Auction items before you leave the gym. We have such a generous community that have donated some wonderful items! We will be accepting credit card payment for Silent Auction bids over $100.
3. Head on outside to get your food near the Pavilion. If you have pre-purchased your food, it would be greatly appreciated if you pick up your meals by 6:15pm. If you have not pre-purchased your food and would like to buy some, please note that quantities are limited to a first come first serve basis.
4. In efforts to reduce waste, please consider bringing your own plates and cutlery for food. Mr.Churchill has also turned on the outdoor taps so that you can easily refill your own water bottles.
5. There are lots of free games and activities for the kids. Other activities include: Face Painting (by Artshine – donations are appreciated), Take A Photo/Selfie with our own Freddie Flyer (donations are appreciated), Ice Cream/Freezies ($2), our Book Table and much,much, more!
6. Raffle and Silent Auction winners will be announced at 7 pm sharp. Shortly after 7 pm we will also post the winners names on the gym doors. If you are a lucky winner, please claim your prize in the gym before you leave. If you are unable to claim your prize (perhaps you had to leave early), we will contact you and you can claim your prize on Thursday in the office.
