21/22 School Year Before and After School Program

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The Waterloo Region District School Board is pleased to confirm that Sheppard Public School will be offering the Before and After school program for Junior Kindergarten to Grade Six students during the 2021-2022 school year.

Students in JK – Grade 2 WRDSB Operated Extended Day Program

Families who have not registered through “OneList Waterloo Region” and wish to have childcare during the 2021-2022 school year, please log into https://www.wrdsb.ca/beforeafter/ to register for the program. Please note WRDSB accepts ongoing registrations throughout the year with two weeks advance notice. All schedule changes must be made 2 weeks in advance as per the schedule change policy. You must login prior to August 20, 2021 to enter your child’s care schedule in order to complete the registration.

Students in Grade 3 – 6 Community Operated Youth Development Program

YWCA KW is pleased to be offering the program at your child’s school. Families can apply through the licensed child care website at: https://regionofwaterloo.onehsn.com/

Once you apply the provider will contact you and provide you with the necessary forms to complete your registration. All required forms must be submitted by August 20, 2021 to ensure your child[ren] can begin in the program on the first day of school. Registrations require two weeks’ notice before your child[ren] can start in the program.
