We hope you can join us for our Fun Fair on Wednesday, June 14th from 5 pm to 6:30 pm.

Things to bring:

• blanket or chairs for dinner
• money for the family donation to play the games and for if you would like to purchase any of the food parent council is selling
• smart phone to make paying for silent auction items through School Day easier

Here’s a schedule so you know what to expect:

5:00 – 5:30 p.m. Pizza, drinks, freezies and chips

The pizza will arrive just before 5:00 p.m. If you didn’t order pizza there will be some extra that you can buy for $2/slice. Parent council will also be selling drinks, freezies and chips with all proceeds going back to the school.

5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Games, Face Painting and Prizes!

Be sure to stop by the Welcome Table before you start playing the games to get a passport. Get a stamp at each game and come back to the Prize Table to pick out a prize. We’re collecting a donation for each family to play the games. All proceeds will go back to the school.

5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Silent Auction

We have had so many great auction items and gift certificates from local businesses donated for our silent auction. The items and information will be arranged at a table. Bidding will go up by a minimum of $2 and the bidding will close at 6:00 p.m. The winners will come over to the table to pay through School Day and claim their items.
